All parents must provide an enrollment deposit and complete the enrollment packet forms before their child may attend The Stepping Stone. Each child must have proof and be current with their immunizations, and have a doctor’s statement indicating the child is mentally and physically able to take part in our program. This health statement must be submitted within 3 months of enrollment. Immunization guidelines and schedules can be found on the Center for Disease Control’s web page. They can also be provided by the Center Director upon request.
